CAHM was developed in 2009 from our desire to make a positive change on the Romanian hotel cosmetic products market. Our goal is to develop a strong and sustainable business, relying on our customers’ satisfaction while we grow alongside.

GMP CERTIFICATION
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) are the practices required to comply with the guidelines recommended by the agencies that control the authorization and licensing of the manufacture and sale of food and beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food supplements. These guidelines provide minimum requirements that they must be met by a manufacturer to ensure that their products have a constant quality, from one batch to another, for the intended use.
CPNP CERTIFICATION
The Cosmetics Notification Portal (CPNP) is an online notification system created for the implementation of Regulation (EC) No 882/2004. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
The certification of our products includes: Microbiological, Physico-Chemical, Dermatological tests, CPSR – Cosmetic Product Safety Report, Packaging migration studies in the product, Stability studies, PIF documents.

PRODUCTION MODEL 5S
5S is a workplace organization method that uses a list of five Japanese words. These have been translated as “Sort”, “Set in order”, “Brightness”, “Standardization” and “Support”. The list describes how to organize a workspace for efficiency by identifying and storing used items, maintaining the area and items, and supporting the new order. The decision-making process usually comes from a dialogue about standardization, which creates an understanding between employees of how they should work effectively.
RECYCLING
Because we are interested in sustainable production and environmental protection, we are very attentive to the way we recycle both raw materials and finished products. In this regard, we have a contract for the recovery of waste placed on the market.
This is in accordance with Law 249/2015 and applies the principle of extended liability of the manufacturer.
RENEWABLE ENERGY
Our production unit in Băicoi, Prahova County benefits from electricity obtained exclusively from renewable sources, the energy supplier being certified for this purpose.
RECYCLABLE PACKAGING
The maturity of a producer also consists in the way he manages to understand all aspects of his business. In this regard, we have focused our efforts on sustainability.
Thus, we use recyclable packaging for our products: rPET or Plant Bottle.
FSC CERTIFICATION
Obtaining FSC certification shows respect for the highest social and environmental standards on the market. Concern about the state of the world’s forests and timber resources is growing, and the FSC offers a credible solution to complex social and environmental problems.

Established in 1992 and recognized worldwide, the EU Eco-label is an eco-label of excellence for products and services that meet high environmental standards throughout their life cycle: from raw material extraction to production, distribution and disposal. The EU Eco-label promotes the circular economy by encouraging producers to generate less waste and CO2 during the manufacturing process.
NORDIC SWAN CERTIFICATION
The Nordic Swan eco-label creates sustainable solutions based on a life cycle assessment and an overall goal of reducing the environmental impact of the production and consumption of goods. Tough requirements at all stages of a product life cycle and their continued tightening to create sustainable development is the foundation of the Nordic Swan eco-label.
